[Hong Kong] I See I See
Rating: ❤❤❤❤
Located just down the street from Via Tokyo is another dessert shop serving up beautifully handcrafted ice pops made with real fruit juices and creative ingredients! My social media feed has been buzzing with pictures of the gorgeous ice pops from I See I See with actual fruits inside so I came here on a few separate occasions to check it out.
Like a kid in a candy shop, I couldn't decide which one[s] I wanted to try because I simply wanted to try them all!
Prices range from $38 to $42 for an ice pop which is not cheap though.
The first time I came, I tried the Strawberry Hokkaido Milk ($42) and I was a bit disappointed that mine didn't look as beautiful as others with two strawberries hearts showcased centrally. The taste was decent but I felt that the strawberry flavor could have been more prominent.
The Refreshing Kiwi ($38) was alluring with its bright colors while the ice pop was definitely packed with real kiwi juice as it was sweet and tart - a thirst quencher for sure!
The Earl Grey Pistachio ($42) has got to be my favorite ice pop flavor so far as the earl grey flavor was really strong with a rich milky flavor while the pistachio was a nice compliment with its saltiness. I was given more pistachio in a cup so I can sprinkle more on my ice pop as I eat it!
The Purple Harvest ($58) was a shaved ice dessert which was even better than the ice pops in my opinion. The purple yam flavor was strong while the shaved ice was refreshing to eat. Even better were the bottom layers of actual purple yam, mochi, coconut flakes, oatmeal crunches and condense milk. Definitely big enough for 2 (or 1 if you don't want to share)!
