#SundayFunday and what better way to spend it than with unlimited champagne brunch! I recently checked out the Sunday Champagne Brunch at Habourview in InterContinental Hotel which features an elaborate selection of international dishes. Available from 11:30am to 3:00pm, the price of the sunday brunch is HK$898 per person with free flow champagne and HK$848 with non-alcoholic drinks only. It's family friendly as well with one child (age 3-11) dining for free per every three paying guests, and plenty of activities for kids like close-up magic, balloon twisting and glitter tattoos.

Hey who says that balloons are only for kids?

Located on the lower level of the hotel, the restaurant has a high ceiling with lots of natural light. As its name suggests, you can see great views of Victoria Harbour through the windows.

Besides free flow Perrier-Jouët champagne, wine and beer, you can also choose to sip on liquid nitrogen sorbet cocktails, freshly squeezed fruit juice and Bloody Mary.

One of the most popular station is of course the all-you-can-eat lobsters and seafood including crab legs, mussels, clams, and salmon.

Another popular station is the foie gras on toast which is made to order!

Roast Carving Station with Prime Rib and Glazed Ham

The Fresh Pasta Station allows you to pick your own pasta noodles, sauce and toppings.

I chose the squid ink pasta with lobster bisque sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Lots of Western and Asian dishes were available including Peking duck wrap, baked oysters and clams, Chinese style marinated pork knuckles and many more!

Be sure to save some room for the decadent dessert spread! It was definitely hard to choose from so many different types from ice cream, Western cakes and tarts, and Chinese sweets.
