[Shenzen] Michelin-Starred Night at Ritz Carlton

While The Ritz Carlton will be launching the Stellar Dining Series in Singapore, Osaka, Hong Kong and Beijing, Ritz Carlton Shenzhen will be hosting its own Michelin Starred Night with four guest chefs from Italy in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine of Paletto from October to December. I attended the first event with guest chef Reimund Brunner of 1* Anna Stuben in Trentino, Italy and ended up trying four of his creations with fantastic wine pairing by the restaurant. It was my first time to Shenzhen in years and boy has the city changed a lot since then. With the launch of the High Speed Rail in Hong Kong, it's more convenient than ever to cross the border and explore the culinary scene there (read about my experience on the high speed rail here).
