Congratulations to all the winners especially Chef Julien Royer for capturing the top spot, Fabrizio Fiorani  for winning Asia’s Best Pastry Chef and the Hong Kong team’s achievements - 9 restaurants on the list, including The Chairman (No.11), 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana (No.12), Amber (No.21), new entry VEA (No.34), Neighborhood (No.37), Lung King Heen (No.38), Seventh Son (No.44) and Ta Vie (No.50). Soaring 25 places to No.15, Belon is crowned this year’s Highest Climber Award. 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana is also the winner of this year’s Art of Hospitality Award.
