[Hong Kong] Ecriture x Chef's Table Bangkok
A few weeks ago, I got to attend a special four hands collaboration lunch between Chef Maxime Gilbert of 2* Ecriture and Chef Vincent Thierry of Chef's Table in Bangkok! The two French chefs presented an exclusive 9-course joint menu featuring creative French cuisine which was available for one night only. Fine dining lovers in Hong Kong will not be unfamiliar with Chef Thierry as he was the founding chef at Caprice who led it to 3 Michelin Stars. It was my first time trying his dishes and I came away very impressed with his execution and balance of flavors (especially his sauces). Ecriture's cuisine has seemingly improved even more since my last visit. Overall it was a really enjoyable meal and I’ll have to visit Chef's Table in Bangkok next time which has just opened at The Dome at Lebua!
