[France: Paris] 1* Restaurant AT

An imaginative first meal in Paris at 1* Restaurant A.T by Japanese Chef Atsushi Tanaka. Not limited by any culinary category, the chef’s creations are a poetic mix of flavors and colors. Not every dish worked for me, but the meal was certainly full of surprises from beginning to end with many interesting ideas.
