[Hong Kong] Thanksgiving Family Feast at Lily & Bloom

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I just had the one of the best turkeys ever at Lily & Bloom! Sourced by premier food distributor Waves Pacific, the turkeys come from BN Ranch in California which prides itself on raising their turkeys in a humane and environmentally responsible manner without any use of antibiotics and hormones. To be honest, I've never been a big fan of turkey because I've always thought their meat was dry and bland but the turkeys from BN Ranch are truly something else here. You can enjoy the Young Heritage Turkey in one of three ways - dine in at the restaurant, take away to enjoy at home or even cook it yourself! If you're lazy like me, then you'll probably want to leave the cooking to the experts and Lily & Bloom is offering a Thanksgiving Family Feast that serves 6 people which is priced at HK$2650 for dine in and HK$2200 for take away. The feast includes one whole turkey and quintessential sides such as stuffing, mashed potato, gravy, cranberry sauce and of course pumpkin pie! It will be available from November 21st to December 4th in limited quantity so be sure to book ahead. 

If you want to enjoy turkey in another way, then you have to visit Lily and Bloom for its tantalizing Turkey Roulade which is only available at the restaurant.

If you're worried that you can't finish a whole turkey by yourself, you can always order a single portion of the Turkey Roulade to satisfy your turkey cravings!

The sides of the Thanksgiving Family Feast were equally as impressive as the turkey itself with Sausage and Sage Stuffing, Roasted Brussels Sprout with Bacon, Truffle Mashed Potato, Creamed Spinach and Maple Mashed Sweet Potato - my definite favorite was the truffle mashed potato!

Isn't this the prettiest fresh cranberry sauce you've ever seen?

And of course, a Thanksgiving meal is not complete without Pumpkin Pie!
