Amazing night at the newly opened CHAAT in Rosewood Hong Kong! With experience in India and London, Executive Chef Manav Tuli pays homage to his favorite traditional street snacks and regional cuisines of India at the restaurant. The setting is posh and modern with an outdoor terrace perfect for drinks while admiring the views of Victoria Harbour. We sampled an array of dishes from appetizers, curries to items cooked in the Tandoor ovens. Every single dish was of high quality; some of my favorites included the Raj Kachori, Baked Lamb Samosa, Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Pork Cheek Vindaloo, Palak Paneer, and Beef Short Rib Kebab. For desserts, don’t miss the Mango Kulfi and Lemon Tart. It's best to make a reservation as soon as possible since it's all filled up until September already!
