[Singapore] Meta - One To Watch Restaurant

When I landed in Singapore for Asia's 50 Best Restaurants this year, I went straight to Meta - a restaurant that I’ve heard so many great things about! It was named “One To Watch” by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2021. Combining the Chef Sun Kim’s Korean heritage, Japanese techniques and Western training, the cuisine is a myriad of innovative dishes made with seasonal and indigenous ingredients. The menu was strong from start to finish, and I especially loved the abalone with liver congee, bibimmyeon (spicy cold noodles) and the Korean BBQ lamb chop!
